Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping is free for all orders within the continental United States. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order. Higher-end orders will require a signature, so please specify an address or work address that you can be available to receive the package and sign for it. Orders generally ship within 1 business day from when payment has cleared. Orders that ship free typically take 1 -5 Business Days, but can sometimes take longer (NOT guaranteed to be delivered by a certain date), if you want guaranteed options please pay for expedited shipping.
International Shipping
A to Z World does NOT assess duties for any international orders, all International orders are subject to applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of you the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
All International orders are considered final sale, A to Z World does not accept returns on orders shipped out of the USA.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipped date, Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.
If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact A to Z World within 7 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.
Any merchandise not returned in its original condition will be refused or charged a 20% restocking fee.
