SHIPPING/DELIVERY

-          we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business working days of receiving payment (this does not include bank holidays)

-          depending on the weight, size and value of the item, they are dispatched either through royal mail or other courier

-          delivery times vary from 2-5 business working days from date of dispatch

-          we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivering which are out with our control (i.e customer not being in to receive the item,  severe weather conditions, employee strikes etc)

RETURNS

RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS AS LONG AS ITEM IS UNOPENED AND COMPLETE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND WE WILL REFUND ITEM VALUE ONLY, P&P WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS THERE IS A MANUFACTURING FAULT. 

-          if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item for exchange/refund within 30 days, excluding postage cost.

-          Please inform us first, before sending any goods back

-          customers are liable to pay the full postage costs to send any goods back, unless the product received initially is faulty or the product(s) is incorrectly sent

-          returns are accepted if they are received unused, and in original packing condition, and any tags still attached.

ANY ITEMS WITH FREE P&P THAT ARE RETURNED FOR ANY OTHER REASON, OTHER THAN A MANUFACTURING FAULT, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A DEDUCTION OF £3.99 FEE PER ITEM FOR RE-STOCKING AND HANDLING. THIS INCLUDES ALL PARCELS THAT ARE 'UN-CALLED FOR' FROM THE LOCAL SORTING OFFICE OR COURIER DEPOT 

-          Once goods received, we will within 2-3 business days process your refund or exchange, whatever requested.
