Payment:
Our prefer method of payment is paypal; however if you want to make payment through a different option, please let us know by contacting us; we expect payment within 24-hours.
Shipping: We ship all orders within 24/48-hours after payment has cleared. We ship from Monday to Friday. Transit time provide it by eBay is an estimate and most of the time accurate; however it's not a rule; as there are factors such as weather or logistic issues that could cause delivery delays. If your order has not arrived on the estimated time, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Please don't leave feedback until you receive your order. Appliances ship by truck and may require 1-additional day of prep

International Shipping.
If Global Shipping by eBay is offered, your order will be shipped through this service. eBay provides a physical address in the US; we ship to this address and eBay ships to your location. Taxes and Shipping charges are calculated before-hand; just select your country on the shipping tab and you'll know shipping as well as taxes charges. No surprises.
Transit time from our warehouse to the address in the US is usually 3-business days. Transit time between the US and your country is an estimate; and it'll be provided by eBay (on the shipping tab); be aware that if the order is inspected by customs, it could take longer.
If your country is not listed, please contact us, so we can quote shipping charges.
Terms of Sale:
You can always return an item if you are not satisfied with it; unless notated on the listing as "FINAL SALE". You have 30-days from the day you receive your order to return it. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, the same way you received it. From November 1st until Dec 31st; you have until Jan 15th to return the order
Defective & Damage Merchandise:
In the unlikely situation that the item arrived damaged, please keep all original packaging and email us within 5-days of receiving your order. Please note that it takes between 5 and 7 business days to get a refund for a damaged item as we may need to inspect it. Don't throw away any packaging material; we need it to file insurance claims. After inspection is done, we will ship a replacement (if available) or issue a credit to your original form of payment. In the case of appliances, please report the damaged item within 24-hours of receiving the item
If the item is defective, please contact us within 14-days of receiving your order. All items have manufacturer's warranty; if the manufacturer is not able to handle your request, we will handle it for you. Note that warranty must be processed in the US. Shipping expenses on any case are handled by buyer. We are responsible for shipping charges occurred only in the US
I have received the wrong item; what should I do?
In the unlikely situation that we have sent the wrong item, please email us within 5-days of receiving your order; we will email you a prepaid FEDEX/UPS or USPS label so that you can return the item; once you have drop the package on the mail/carrier.we'll ship the correct item. In the case of appliances, we will contact you and let you know how to proceed
