- Our stickers are meant for long term use, whilst they are removable, they are not reusable or re-positionable unless stated in description -
- Please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks before applying your wall sticker to a newly painted wall. The new paint needs time to fully cure and applying before this time could cause damage to paintwork -
- The application tape may appear crinkled upon opening - this is 100% normal and is just from being rolled into a postal tube and does not reflect the quality of the vinyl. The paper is disposed of after application and should not be a cause of concern -
- Our wall stickers are suitable for any smooth, flat, non-porous surface and work best on matt emulsion walls. We do not recommend applying on silk paint walls. If applying to a wall with a silk finish, you may find the adhesive is affected by the sheen finish. In approx 20% of these cases you may need extra adhesive applied such as wallpaper paste to ensure no peeling -
- RETURNS: We offer a full returns policy for 'change of mind' providing the items are returned in the exact condition they were sent within 30 days of purchase. Unless there is a fault/ error on our part, we do not offer refunds on personalised items. Return requests made outside of the 30 day window will now be refused. In the rare occasion there is a fault with the sticker, and all conditions and instructions have been adhered, we will require the sticker returned to enable us to test it or to return to supplier or on some occasions we may request a photograph to be sent if easier. If no photo is provided and the sticker cannot be returned, a refund will not be given.
