A gorgeous piece of Zebrano that has been planed all round in our workshops to expose some characteristically beautiful grain patterns. The board is very clean, with just some surface grain spelching (from the machining of the timber).

General Description:
Microberlinia brazzavillensis. Found throughout West Africa. Generally straight grained and even textured. The heartwood is cream to pale brown coloured, with dark blackish-brown streaks. The timber is very durable and typically weighs around 805kg/m3.
Uses :
The wood is of a high value and normally selected for the striking contrast in the grain. As well as being used for veneer, Zebrano is selected for marquetry and high quality cabinetry and furniture decoration, in musical instruments, for turned items, knife handles and for many other woodcrafts.

This timber can be delivered by carrier or collection is possible by arrangement from our works near Eccleshall, Stafford (approximately 9 miles from Junctions 14 or 15 of the M6). The delivery shown is for mainland UK delivery (England, Wales and Scotland excluding highlands). Payment should be via PayPal or cash on collection.
