Offered here is a vintage 1975 Mobile Linear R.F. Amplifier for ham band (approx. 10 meters).  This amp only tunes for around the 10 meter band.

As designed, approx. 4 watts drive will produce approx 200 watts on AM and 375 watts on SSB.  This is a tube amp and contains two 6LQ6 tubes and one 12JB6 tube.

It uses twin inline glass tube fuses for a peak input current draw of 40 amps at approx. 11 to 15 volts (typical car/truck voltage)

Case size is 3” high x  9” wide x  9” deep.  Front panel contains three switches: on/off power, am/ssb, standby/transmit, two knobs for ‘tune’ and ‘load’ and an ammeter.  The back panel contains two RF coaxial jacks: input (from rig) and output (to antenna) plus the fuses and 2 additional wires so you can add a remote standby/transmit switch.

This unit came out of service and into storage with very little usage.  Any discoloration, fading, oxidation, etc. on the outside of the case is cosmetic.  This unit was fully operational when it came out of service.  However, I don't have any means of testing it so it is sold “as is”.  All parts are original.
