The photos shown are taken by us, using the actual garment. The garment you order will be exactly the same. Every effort is taken to represent the dress to its full potential as it would be worn.

Please note that colour variations do occur on different pc screens so if unsure of a shade please ask and we will be happy to assist.

Measurements are taken of all the garments, if you are in any doubt before you order, please contact us first for clarification.

Product Care

Great care is taken prior to the dispatch of an item to ensure quality upon arrival. Before listing, items are thoroughly checked for defects or marks, this includes all seams, front, back and inside in addition to many photos taken. Any defect is pictured and placed into the item description and therefore we urge bidders to read this carefully.

Returns

In the case where you feel that the item is “not as described” please notify in writing (email is fine) within 7 days of the dress' receipt by you, that a dress will be returned to us and that the dress is then received by us within 28 days.
