      • You must email us or simply send us a message through Ebay message system to request for a RMA number. Please provide the following information in the message body: your ebay ID, ebay listing ID for items being returned and the reason for the return. Upon receiving your RMA request, Cables & Etc, LLC. will issue you a RMA number within 2 business days. Cables & Etc, LLC. will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
