[PAYMENT METHOD]

"BUY IT NOW" items require immediate payment. If at anytime an item is sold in an online auction, the buyer has 5 days from the end of the auction date to send payment.

Payment must be made in the form of: PAYPAL and please be advised that we only ship to your paypal address so please make sure you have your complete and correct address at checkout.

If your package comes back to us due to incomplete or invalid address, you will be responsible for our shipping cost.

[RETURN POLICY]

Returns and exchanges are welcome within 30 days as long as they are NOT WORN and returned in its original box.

Please note that we DO NOT accept any RETURNS or EXCHANGES on WORN merchandises.

Items must be returned in the same (Brand New in Box) condition as received by us and please ship back double boxed as received.

For REFUNDS, the full purchase price minus the our shipping fee and 20% restocking fee will be refunded. 

For EXCHANGES, the 20% restocking fee is waived. 

Buyers are responsible for ALL shipping and shipping fees will not be refunded.

[SHIPPING] 

All items within the USA will be shipped via USPS or FedEx Smartpost and we will provide you a delivery confirmation tracking number which allows you to track your package online at http://www.usps.com or www.fedex.com.

To ALL buyers, please note that the delivery time is only ESTIMATED, not GUARANTEED.  Please understand that once a package is picked up by USPS we have no control over the transit time while in route to the final destination.

All items will be shipped within another box to ensure the protection of the original box. Tracking number will be provided once payment has cleared and package has been sent. 

We will mail out your item within 48 hours upon receiving your payment.

[INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS INFORMATION]

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

If you want your package marked as a GIFT at a low value on your Customs form or want us to include an invoice with your package for Customs purposes, please advise us at checkout.

All customs fees/duties are the buyer's responsibility and a refund will NOT be given if the package is REFUSED or NOT CLAIMED.  

International orders, notably those sent to Australia, may take an additional 10-14 business days due to customs processing delays.

Customs clearance and inspections can delay the transit time for International shipments.  We have no control over the processing and handling time due to Customs inspections or review so please be patient.
