Please ensure postage amounts and options are checked before purchase.
To calculate postage costs if you are buying internationally please use the 'get rates' feature in the Postage and Payments section of the listing for your location.
For international sales we use eBay's Global Shipping Programme, this allows us to send your item to a shipping centre in the UK, it is then processed there and shipped to you.
We only charge and receive the cost of postage to the UK shipping centre, the other charges are calculated by eBay and are paid straight to them.

Terms of Sale
Our eBay shop is run by a small team within British Red Cross, please be aware we are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday so any correspondence will be dealt with during that time.
All items are checked and described to the best of our ability and we aim to capture all aspects of the items for sale in the photographs.
Our items are donated by members of the public and then sent from our British Red Cross shops to the eBay team; as such some items may require some cleaning or servicing before use.
If you are not satisfied with your item, we ask that you please contact us before leaving feedback so we can resolve the issue.
