1.     2-3 business day turn around after receiving payment in full

a.     No weekends or holidays (Items purchased on Fridays after 12 p.m. central will be shipped out Monday morning.)

2.     Items are packaged carefully and properly for safe delivery. 

a.     All hats are shipped out in boxes to protect from crushing the item.

3.     International shipping, please note that we are not aware nor responsible for whatever if any customs fees are charged to item purchased. This is up to you the buyer to figure out so please message me if there’s something I can do to make it easier for you.

***We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. I do not work at USPS and do not pick and choose what package goes first and which go the next day***

Refund/Return Items

1.     We do not offer returns or refunds.

a.     In this case contact us within 7 days of receiving item.

b.     Buyer pays return shipping for item.

c.    Buyer pays 20% restocking fee
