The booklet measures 6-1/4" x 3-1/4" and has 24 pages.  It is in very good condition with no writing or rips.  The pages are secure. Pictures 6 and 7 are a copy of the index.  "Sample Copy" is stamped on the front cover and the back cover.  I will be listing a DeMolay dance card also.
