Please note. We obtain a 'proof of posting' without exception, and cannot be held responsible for any items sent by normal mail. All items sent without being signed for are at your risk.

1.    When you buy a single item, postage is included in the price of the item in the U.K., and part payment overseas. Under the newest ebay rules the item will remain on sale until it is paid for.

2.    If you buy more than 1 item, please wait for an Invoice so we can make sure you have the postage discounts. This will be sent usually the same working day, but within 24hrs of purchase.

3.    Please pay for your item/s within 10 days. Remember the item/s remain on sale until paid for.

4.    We will always be fair with the packing & postage of your purchase/s. We only charge the cost.

5.    All orders over £38.00 must have the 'signed for' option. If you choose not to do this, your items will be posted 'at your risk'.

6.    Large or bulky items will be charged by weight.

7.    Where possible all items are sent in glassine envelopes fastened to a stiff board, or other suitable packaging.

8.    We reserve the right not to post to P.O. boxes, or countries with a history of ‘losses in the post’.

9.         If  you receive any item that you are not happy with, please   contact us first. We will always work hard to resolve any problem.
