These Hex Dumbbells from CoreX Fitness are the ideal training aid for all types of workouts.

Some people prefer to use dumbbells for aerobic training to increase the resistance to regular cardio exercises whilst others do dumbbell exercises can enhance muscle strength of various parts of the body. The range from Deep Blue allows you the freedom to choose the right weight to suit you with weights available from 1.25kg to 25kg.

The design of the Hex Dumbbells as the name suggests is hexagonal so will not roll away when placed on a flat surface. This is particularly useful if you plan on doing interval training and need to alternate weights quickly. It is also highly useful if you plan on using these as part of a home gym and do not have a special storage wrack for your dumbbells.

Offering extremely great value for money, they are superb quality weights encased in durable, heavy-duty rubber to prevent scuffing or damage to equipment, walls or floors. They are impact resistant so will not split, crack or peel if dropped. They are also impervious to rusting, chipping, flaking or losing colour.
