Camelot - Camelot will produce a mild, bittersharp cider, best blended with other apples. It originates from Somerset in the mid 19th century and is a useful dual-purpose fruit, cooking down to an excellent sharp golden puree. It is a fairly vigorous tree with good general disease resistance.
Duckton late sweet - Dunkerton Late Sweet is a cider apple with green and red skin. It is sweet and low in tannin, making it useful for light ciders.

Fair Maid Tourtan - Fair Maid of Devon is a traditional mid-season sharp variety once widely grown throughout the region. Although trees are often fairly compact in size it forms a good centre leader tree and it is notable for regular and heavy crops of apples and high yields of juice

Gilly - Gilly is another selection from the Long Ashton breeding program of the 1990s. A very good new variety for high density modern orchards, Gilly makes a medium sized tree with light-weight branches and excellent heavy crops. Juice is well balanced; sweet and acidic with a distinct blend of tannins. Early flowering and early harvest.
