    Meito rennet is natural ferment and is suitable for the production of all types of cheeses in 20 minutes

How its work :

1) Heat the milk no more than 35c
2) Dissolved some part of meito in water
3) Dissolved solution meito in warm milk
4) Wait 20 minutes
5) Merge serum and add salt at the cheese
6) Residue of meito should be stored at fridge
