Separate hand wash for a first few times is highly recommend as the product is never been washed and to prevent discoloration or shrinkage of clothes
If you prefer machine wash sometime in busy time, wash rayon / cotton item alone and better in a laundry bag with delicate machine setting.
Best of all is hand washing and line drying in shade which avoids the issue entirely and this is what we recommend.

Return and Refund

The items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unwashed, unworn, not dry cleaned, in their original packaging and must be returned by registered mail include tracking number within 30 working days of the date the item arrived at your post office.
All postage charges are not refundable and return postage cost will be paid by buyer.
You will need to accept the "cancel transaction" request from eBay so we can be refunded eBay fees related to the sale.
