This is a great and very hard to track down Grunding Melody 500E radio. It really is a stunning piece of design. It is tested and works fine although it will be shipped with a dead battery which will need to be replaced before use. As shown it takes the really large 9V blocks. It is in acceptable cosmetic condition. The aerial appears to be present but the end knob is missing and I can't get hold of the stem to drag it out. There is a little dirt to the shell as shown, come cloudiness to the perspex and some spots of wear to the metal especially around the dials. I have tried my best to capture all of this and the photos give a very fair reflection of the condition.
