Shipping:

• All our products are held in stock.
• Your item will be posted within 3 working days of receiving payment, however our aim is to post within 24 hours of payment.
• Items will be sent using Royal Mail or Courier.
• We always obtain proof of posting
• A tracking number will be given on request.
• It's the buyers responsibility to pay any tax due when buying from abroad.
• If your parcel has not arrived please check your local sorting office first before contacting us as often is the case the parcel is being held there.
• In the unlikely event your order does not arrive, please allow upto 15 working days to contact us as Royal Mail do not class a parcel lost until 15 days have passed. It can sometimes take upto 15 days for a parcel to be delivered. We will then take it up with Royal Mail.

Returns:

• Should you change your mind we offer a 14 day no quibble returns/exchange period however, the product must be returned in its' original condition without being worn/used. We must be contacted first via eBay before you return your item.
• Any product returned to us without contacting us first will not be accepted
• After 14 days we can only offer an exchange.
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
• Should the product be faulty please use the returns resolution centre on eBay.
• Faulty or damaged products must be reported within 2 working days of delivery.
• Faulty items will be exchanged for the same product/model, where this is not possible an exchange will be offered.
 
• Should the product not be found to have a manufacturing fault or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be given and the buyer will be responsible for the return post and packaging.
• In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect product, please accept our apologies. Please use the returns resolution centre on eBay to request an exchange/refund.
• Please allow up to 7 working days to process your returns.
• When returning a product, please include your reason for returning, or its fault, your order number and your eBay user ID.
• Any free promotional item/s associated with a product must be returned in the same condition as sent i.e. unused, if an exchange is not given.
• Refunds will be given after a full inspection of the product and the above conditions have been met, excluding post and packaging
