There are certain countries I do not ship to. You will see the exclusion list under shipping details in the listing.
Insurance is provided and included in the postage cost.
I ship to Russian Federation but insurance is NOT provided. Russian buyers must assume all responsibility for items purchased from me.
First class is not always trackable. Some items may have to be shipped Priority if the weight is over 4 pounds, or if the item's cost is higher than $100.
Buyers must pay all customs charges and fees.
REFUND POLICY FOR USED ITEMS
This item is used or previously owned and sold AS IS. However, I will always try to be fair and will work with all customers regarding returning any used item. For example, if you purchase a pair of blue shoes and I send you a pair of black shoes, I will gladly accept the return (with my apologies) and refund your return postage as well.
Please note the refund policy applies only to sales where the item differs significantly from the listing's description. The key word here is "significantly", and it is my sincere desire to come to an understanding with a buyer over what constitutes a "significant" difference without getting ebay or Paypal involved in a dispute.

I never deliberately misrepresent anything I have to sell, but vintage or used items often have faults that are not readily visible and are often open to a certain degree of interpretation.
All my vintage or used items are sold as is. However, if the listing is for a red pair of shoes and I send you a blue purse, you have every right to return it and I will gladly pay the return shipping.
