Unless otherwise stated all used video game systems, computers, laptops, and electronic appliances are professionally disassembled, sprayed out with compressed air, inspected for problems and serviced (bulging or leaky capacitors, breaks in solder, physical damage, etc), cartridge slots cleaned and refurbished, electronic contacts, knobs, and switches are cleaned with contact cleaner, fans oiled, laser lens cleaned and adjusted on devices with optical drives (if needed), reassembled, and fully tested for proper functionality before listing. We also do a second functionality test prior to shipping.

If an item is damaged during shipping and you send it back to us instead of filing a claim with the shipping company your return will be denied and you will be unable to file a claim with the shipping company.
