Payment is due within 3 days of close of auction or date of purchase, We accept the following forms of payment Pay Pal, Credit cards through Pay Pal. Most of our chandeliers are shipped partly or mostly disassembled in order to better protect them for transit and to save money to our customers on the shipping fees as an average chandelier would require a box way larger than the actual size of the chandelier and the price of shipping would be way more than double, Re-assembling is required, there are not instruction papers as most items are not new however the pictures on line are at your disposal to help with the re-assembling of the chandelier, we will also include a hand written sketch with some of the chandeliers, many of the chandeliers can be easily re- assembled by looking at the pictures on line from your e bay purchases, we are available to help should you need assistance, most chandeliers are shipped with the wiring already connected in some cases arms are removed from hub and therefore wiring needs to be reconnected, we always recommend for you to have a qualified electrician or a chandelier installer when it comes to wiring. We take great care in packing each item we sell. All of the necessary packing material is used to insure total protection for transit, should you receive a box that is damaged and or has damaged/broken contents please contact us as soon as you discover the problem, All chandeliers and general lighting are shipped fully insured.
