·       Payment is due within 24Hrs. of your commitment to purchase. Item will ship as soon as payment is recognized by Paypal. Only serious buyers.

·         Shipping is free within 48 continental States if listing is marked with free shipping, otherwise shipping cost is $10USD-$13USD for first car. Most of our cars are sent expedited shipping by FedEx 3 Business Days Home Delivery, and by USPS Priority Mail. This shipping fee is only for US Continental States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Protected Territories, have an additional shipping cost that will be invoiced to your Paypal Account , and needs to be paid before shipping (Shipping cost is around $20 Dollars for any of these territories per car, and $50 for two cars shipped together, the difference between the listing shipping cost you pay at checkout and the actual cost of shipping outside 48 Continental States, will be invoiced to your Paypal account). All other International destinations will be invoiced separately by Ebay/Paypal through Ebay’s Global Shipping Program.

·       Shipping Handling time is  48 Hrs. after payment is recognized by Paypal. We usually ship the same day or day after purchase. Exceptions apply on weekends, since the post office in our area is closed on weekends. We will also ship on Saturdays from second nearest FedEx Office.

·        Please be aware that shipping carriers can sometimes damage boxes and their content. This is very rare, but can happen. Unfortunately, this is beyond our reach. All our items are brand new and with perfect new boxes. If you receive a damaged item or exterior shipping box, please do not give a negative feedback, since we are not responsible for carrier damage. We will gladly help you out with Ebay and Paypal to find a solution for you, until you are fully happy with your purchase.

·        International Shipping only to countries accepted by E-Bay's Global Shipping Program. International shipping is not free.

·        For International buyers: we will send your item or items to Ebay’s International Shipping Center in the United States within two business days after your payment.

·        (Highenddiecastmodels pays for the item(s) shipped to E-Bay’s International Shipping Center) on free shipping listings. Ebay will then ship the item/items to you internationally. Ebay/Paypal will send you a separate invoice/charge for the International Shipping.

·        Delivery time might vary for International shipping, depending on Ebay’s Global Shipping Program Center’s handling time. It might be anywhere between one to three weeks. Your country should also be part of accepted countries on Ebay’s Global Shiping Program policy.

·        If your country is not on Ebay’s Global Shipping Program list, we reserve the right to accept your order or not. If we do accept the order, we will send you an invoice with total shipping charges of your item/items. Please note that $10-$13 Dollars shipping charges does not apply for countries outside Ebay’s Global Shipping Program. Usually costs are much higher, ranging anywhere between $40 to $60 Dollars. If we are not able to accept your order, and you have already made your payment, we will have to cancel the order, and we will issue a 100% refund. If you do not agree on the international shipping charges, and you have already paid for the item, we will also issue a refund and cancel the order. Please note that these last two policies only apply if your country is not on Ebay’s Global Shipping Program list.

·        We do not ship to hotels, resorts, or any vacation destination.

·       Returns are only accepted if approved by seller, depending on each case specifically, according to reason. Returns need to be made within 2 weeks of purchase. Item must be in same condition as it was originally shipped. Damaged returns or incomplete returns will not be refunded. Buyer also pays shipping for returned item/items. If Refund is justified and approved, we do have a 10% Restocking Fee, no exceptions.

·       We do reserve the right to cancel orders if you have negative or 0 feedback.
