All our products are graded as either New, New Other or Manufacturer Refurbished. Each listing will state the condition of each particular product.
The term Graded Refers to a product that may have been returned to a manufacturer / retailer for any of the following reasons.
1. Unwanted gift
2. Undelivered mail order
3. Cosmetically marked
4. Missing parts
5. Minor Faults
6. Damaged boxes
All products are then checked by us, tested, repaired and cleaned ready for sale, with new parts fitted where necessary. Many of our products have already been refurbished by the manufacturer. These products are then sold with 12 months guarantee. Within this time, if the product develops a fault we will repair it and return it to you. To claim on your guarantee all you need to do is contact us via email or phone with the problem. All of our products offer fantastic savings from the recommended retail prices of products sold in shops.
We offer a 12 month return to vendor warranty on all our products.
This item may not be in its original packaging. Due to the original box having been damaged or in poor condition it may be packed and sent in awhite Jiffy envelope or brown cardboard box. We will however try and send the original box on every occasion. Each product listing will state if the original packaging is included or not.
Some items include manuals, if available, others may not. We try to include these with every item but if however you don't have a manual included and you are in need of one please contact us and we should be able to arrange a link for you to download the manual.
We aim to have our items dispatched within 3 working days (Monday - Friday *excluding bank holidays) using a Hermes tracked postage service to UK mainland only.
Shipping Information:
- Items under 2kg are shipped via Hermes.
- Items above 2kg or of significant value are shipped via Yodel.
- Items on our Hermes or Yodel services will be provided with a tracking number in Purchase History.
- Shipping prices are priced at cost and are non-negotiable apart from bulk orders.
- Orders are normally dispatched witin 48 hours of orders being placed.
Shipping Times:
- Please allow 72 hours for order processing and dispatch.
- Hermes deliveries will take 2-3 working days to be delivered.
- Yodel deliveries will either be on a 24 or 48 fully tracked service.
