timi & leslie does not offer refunds for "Change of Mind" - in accordance with the Department of Fair Trading Retail Return policy, however, if the items are in the original packaging, swing tags still in place and unused, at the buyers postage cost, we do offer an exchange for the same or higher value of the initial purchase. We understand that purchasing online you don't get to see or feel the product, hence we offer this added service to the buyer.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
