CONDITION
All items are vintage, antique or preowned, and condition will not be perfect. Opinion based generic condition reports, such as good condition, fair condition, etc., are judged on the overall condition and function of the item. Any significant damage such as: dents; breakages; splits; and cracks will be listed. Wear and tear, commensurate with the age of the item, may NOT be mentioned in the description, and may include minor imperfections such as surface scratches, chips, plating or gilding wear, light dings or dents, bowing, discoloration, tarnishing, dirt & grime. You are expected to study all photos of the item before bidding or buying, as they make up part of the description.

BIDDING
Where lots are listed as auctions, there will be no reserve and no Buy-It-Now price, so please don't ask. You are responsible for your bid, and bids will NOT be removed for irresponsibility. You may have a limited ability to remove your own bid should you bid by mistake, but you maybe excluded from bidding in this auction, or future auctions, where a generally high level of bid retractions by you are evident. Auction wins are NOT subject to cancellation. As detailed above, you are responsible for your bids. An auction is won by the highest bidder, and the ability to cancel it, is not only unfair for all involved, it would undermine the very nature of auction bidding.

OFFERS
Where lots are listed as a Buy-It-Now, offers maybe available for items where the eBay offer facility appears on the item page. Offers inputted, for which you are responsible if accepted, may constitute your agreement to pay at that price. Offers are not accepted or replied to through messages.

PAYING
PayPal or UK cheques or UK postal orders are available payment methods. For PayPal: Check your delivery address is correct when paying. Delivery addresses cannot be altered after payment. Payment must be made within 2 days for Buy-It-Now purchases, or by Friday evening (UK time) for auctions. Failure to pay by the Friday evening, or within 2 days of purchase, will result in a bid block and a Non-Paying Bidder notification. For cheques or postal orders: Notification must be made within 2 days for Buy-It-Now purchases, using eBay's checkout facility, or by Friday evening (UK time), for auctions. Failure to notify by the Friday evening, or within 2 days of purchase, will result in a bid block and a Non-Paying Bidder notification. Cheques must be received within 7 days, and are banked and cleared before dispatch. If notification of your intention to delay payment is received after purchase or bidding has ended, it will be assumed you have ignored this message, and your message will also be ignored.

COMBINED SHIPPING
Combined shipping is available: For Buy-It-Now items, only if paid for within 2 days; For auctions, only items ending within the same week (Monday to Friday) and must be paid for by the Friday evening. Failure to pay by the Friday evening, or within 2 days of purchase, will result in a bid block and a Non-Paying Bidder notification. DO NOT PAY until you have received an updated combined shipping price. Combined postage is not available where items have been paid for together or separately without waiting for an updated combined shipping invoice.

UK SHIPPING
UK shipping is made through Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed For® for small items, or Hermes for larger or heavier items. Expedited Special Delivery® option is available for all items. The postage method chosen by you, (2nd class Signed For®, 1st class Signed For® or Special Delivery®) does not constitute a delivery time guarantee. A signature will be required on delivery. Delivery is NOT available to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses, and collection is not currently possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Worldwide bidding and shipping is available, however you are responsible for any import charges and ensuring there are no item specific import restrictions/prohibitions applicable to your country. Values and descriptions on customs forms will NOT be falsified, so please don't ask. No parcel greater than 2kg can be sent. International shipping is available only to countries with the postal infrastructure to accept either Royal Mail® Tracked & Signed, or Royal Mail® Tracked. No other shipping methods are available. Where addresses are believed to be PO Boxes or Mailboxes, parcels will be sent using Royal Mail® Tracked (if available) as this method does not require a signature, or if unavailable the transaction maybe cancelled and refunded.

RETURNS
14 days returns are ONLY available for Buy-It-Now purchases, but buyer must pay their own shipping costs. Returns are NOT accepted for auctions unless it meets the following conditions:

• Where descriptions of function, size/weight/quantity, or damage conditions are severely inaccurate (not including wear and tear)
• Where inaccurate information has been given in answer to a question.
