It is very suitable for vaping  for DIY e-bike battery and any other use where 18650 cell is used.
Vaping and e-bike need high drain batteries and Samsung INR18650-25R is one of the best choices.

This battery weights 42-44 gr (1+5/8 oz) it is a Genuine Samsung. ( Another 18650 cell UNBRANDED  I have weights 26 gr! (7/8 oz)).

That is because inside is a smaller battery with step up circuit which wrap in layers of paper and stuffed inside a 18650 battery size case then heat shrink in a tight plastic label sheet to make it look real....]

This battery is NOT protected.
-Do not charge over 4.2V!
-Do not change polarity!
-Do not heat the battery, or store under the influence of high temperatures!
-Do never shortcut!
-Make sure they do not come in contact with water!
- For longer storage periods should be stored below 45 ° C temperature.
- After long storage times need the cell probably make a few charge cycles to increase capacity again.
-Do not discharge below 3V.
WARNING this battery if not used in an compatible device or charger can be DANGEROUS.
This is a high drain battery. It has the ability to discharge pulse current up to 100A. 
Never put it in your pocket or other places with keys or other metallic objects.

This battery is unprotected Lithium chemistry high drain .
Must be charged only by suitable chargers.
Precaution must be cared not to overheat.
If overheated during charge or discharge disconnect and wait to cool.
Never charge the batteries unattended.
If stored for long time must be half charged. (3.5V)

All batteries come half-charged. Full charge before use. Full capacity will come after some charges and discharges.
