Part of my uncles estate.. Not familiar with item but know he only collected high end trains and never used outdoors.. Only one small indoor track.

Just a friendly F Y I on your listing. The model is made by Bachmann it is from their Spectrum line of 1:20.3 scale ( aka F scale) 3 foot narrow gauge models. It is a model of a 44 ton GE switcher, the model is out of production.
