Cover Condition: excellent condition with only slight usage wear as you would expect from normal play, acceptable to most collectors.

Record Condition: Has been played a fair amount and clearly shows surface marks which are likely to affect play in some way with background noise in most of the quiet parts & possibly the odd click but should not jump or skip.

Any Other Details: Rare original first mono pressing, on the black and yellow Parlophone record label. Has "Sold In The UK Subject To Resale" label text. Matrix numbers XEX 579-1 & XEX 580-1. Side one has embossed KT tax code. This is the loud cut pressing. This record has been listened to and on our record player it played without any jumps or sticks, there is intermittent light background crackle throughout the record. In addition - side one track one has a few light pops/ticks, track two has a few pops at the start, track four has a couple of very light ticks, track six has a couple of light ticks but no crackles, track seven has noticeable but no over powering constant crackle, there are no marks on this track. Side two track one has a few crackles at the end which continue through the dead air into track two where they become light pops which last for the first half of the track, there are light crackles and pops in the dead air at the end of track three which carry on to track four where they fade out during the second half of the song. The sleeve is printed by Garrod & Lofthouse, the front is very clean with a couple of small creases at the spine, at the bottom right corner there is a tiny piece of laminate missing/lifted. The back is pretty clean with a few finger marks near the opening edge and near the bottom flipback. This is a nice solid sleeve with only a few minor signs of wear. Complete with it original "Emitex" inner sleeve with rice paper lining, this has some finger prints and discoloration, there are some creases and a 9cm seam split to this inner. A rare and hard to find pressing and generally not too bad condition(everything mentioned so you can judge for yourself).
