All mainland UK items are sent by courier, unless otherwise stated. For non-mainland locations (Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey etc) Royal Mail recorded delivery will be used.
Returns & Exchanges
All items returned must be sent within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition as received (i.e not used, washed or damaged etc.). All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch and detailed quality control pictures are taken of each item before being packaged, to maintain high standard of the items being sent out.
If an exchange of size is required, the buyer will be requested to pay the postage costs to return the item and the cost of sending out the replacement item.
