The MET Manta saves up to 10 watts at 50km per hour over other helmets. Aero dynamic helmets and good ventilation usually don’t mix, but MET gave the Manta 7 strategically wind tunnel tested forward facing vents that scoop cool air and distributes it over the top of your head and then efficiently lets it exit out the 6 vents in the back. Testing shows the Manta design performs just as well as any other fully ventilated helmet out there.
