PRODUCT WARRANTY
  • All products we are selling are 100% BRAND NEW condition with warranty from its manufacturer. For any reason there is a flaw or defect, the manufacture will replace with a new item. All flaw or defect claims must be made through us within 30 days from the date you placed your order. Please open and check your package as soon as you receive it.
    * After 30 days, please file the warranty claim through the manufacturer directly.
    * There is NO WARRANTY service provided by the manufacturer to international customer at this moment (Products shipped to outside of USA). Due to complication of import, export and duty fee issue. ALL SALES ARE FINAL to international customers (Outside USA) and sold "AS IS".

TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. By "Bidding" our auction listings or do a "Buy it Now". You agree to make payment within 3 business days [ Sat, Sun and Holiday excluded ] in order to have your package shipped as mention in our Shipping Term. If for any reason you can not pay as required, please contact us immediately to avoid being canceled and left negative feedback.
  2. We have the right to "CANCEL" your order without notice if you have not met our payment due. Once your order has been cancelled, you may not have the deal as your "End of Bid" price again.
  3. All products will be shipped directly from our warehouse. Returning products must have pre-approved RGA [ Return Good Authorization ] by us. You will not be credited for any return without RGA number.
  4. You agree to pay sales tax if applicable as required by the state and federal law. Currently, we are charging 8.0% Sales Tax to Californian as required by the state of California.
  5. Your order should be shipped within 3 business days from the date we receive your payment. If for any reason we can not ship your order, we will notify you through phone or email address you have provided at point of payment. Our inventory does go out of stock sometimes, you understand and agree that if that happens to be the case, you may cancel and get a full refund and have us ship as back order to you.

SHIPPING TERMS


  • All orders to be shipped within 3 business days upon receiving payment. We will notify you immediately if order can not be shipped as promised.
  • Fedex ground is our primary shipping method. UPS ground is second alternative. We do ship 3 Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air if requested. Please contact us for Express Shipping & Handling fee.
  • The shipping rate on this listing is for Fedex ground to 48 inner states. Alaska, Hawaii, and puerto Rico must go by Air, therefore, shipping rate will be charged as Air Freight rate.
  • We will ship internationally via DHL and USPS. Shipping rate will base on DHL and United States Postal Service plus our Handling Fee. Please contact us for detail.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • You must make a request for return within 30 days from date of purchase. No RETURN or EXCHANGE after 30 days. All returns must be at it original condition and pre-authorized RGA number assigned from us. Return processing fee will be charged before processing your return or exchange application - 25% restocking fee & relisting of sold value plus $12.00 for UPS Call Tag. We will refund you 100% of product price you paid and tax if applicable, shipping/handling for return items are non-refundable. International customers are subjected to Non-returnable. This charge apply to the following conditions:
    1. You have purchase a wrong item and would like to return.
    2. You don't like the item you purchased and would like to return.
    3. You can not use the item you purchased and would like to return.
    4. You have a change of heart and would like to return and exchange for a different item.
  • Any defect or flaw of the product is subject to exchange only. Call Tag, restocking & listing fee does not apply in this case. We have the right to refuse replacement of product if we consider you are a high risk or dis-honest customer.
  • Listings marked as "NON-RETURNABLE" will be sold as " AS IS". You will not be able to return or exchange even agree and meet the conditions above.
