Special Notes

Payment to be made within 48 hours of auction ending please.  In order to keep P&P charges as low as possible, all items are sent within 2 working days of payment being received and cleared by second class post (unless otherwise stated). I obtain proof of posting of all items. In the unfortunate event of any item being lost in the postal system after it has been sent, I am willing to file a claim with the Royal Mail 15 working days after the item was sent on your behalf. If you would like the item sent recorded / special delivery, please contact me for a price. I will not refund items that have been lost in the post if recorded delivery has not been requested/paid for.

P&P charges are for the UK only -  I am happy to send items abroad - please ask for prices.


Returns

I will accept returns if the item is returned in it’s original condition with tags attached as appropriate within 14 days of purchase.  

I am unable to refund the cost of P&P paid to send the item or the return P&P costs.

For health and safety reasons I am unable to accept returns on jewellery or underwear unless faulty.
