**Store Policy
Please take note to the no-return policy before you purchase our items. We sell only brand name well made items from top name stores and companies. We describe all items, measurements, and contents so please rest assured that you will be receiving the object you see in the photo and that which is described. If you have any questions please ask before purchase. If an item arrives damaged please forward a picture of the item along with picture of the packaging and your contact information to insure that I can contact the postal service with all information needed for insured priority mail items. USPS first class items are not insured unless you specifically ask to have item insured. USPS Ground items are not insured unless you specifically ask to have them insured. We take pride in our service and wish to make you smile with delight when you receive our lovely holiday items, seed paper, OOAK painted furniture and OOAK clothing items.
***Shipping Insurance Policy. Priority Mail includes insurance. I take full responsibility for how I pack the items. I am NOT the USPS. The USPS only insures for the item and NOT THEIR SHIPPING...for instance: if you spend $20.00 to ship something and the item cost $20.00 and the item is broken due to their negligence (banged up boxes, smashed edges, holes in boxes etc) they do NOT REFUND what you paid for shipping. They only refund for the item. So you will only receive $20.00 refund from the USPS for the $20.00 Item not the shipping. So try not to buy something where the shipping is too high. Try to buy more locally to where you live if possible.
