The Boring, but very important bit!
How your book is made…
Once you’ve placed your order we will then send your order to the printers within 2-3 working days. Books can then take up to a week to make and be returned to us at Jar of Stars HQ. We will then send out your book using Standard Royal Mail in which no tracking is available. However you can choose tracked in which we will give you the details so you can track your book. It’s that simple! Please note that we are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax. International Tracked & Signed items are tracked in the UK and overseas with online confirmation of delivery provided. The item is only handed over once it has been signed for but we cannot provide a copy of the signature captured on delivery.

Where's my order???
Orders overseas can take slightly longer to arrive to those being sent to the UK. We do get a lot of customers asking us “Where is my order?” after 1 day of it being shipped, so to help we have included some guidelines below that should help. If your item has not arrived after this time please contact us and we will issue you a refund or send you out a replacement.
