In the event of a return, it must be returned in the same packaging and in exactly the same condition as received, via a fully insured signed for delivery service.

A refund, including your p&p charges will only be issued if there is a significant error in the description which cannot be resolved mutually. In all other cases the original amount will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee (min £10 max £50) and postage charges.

Your watch has been thoroughly cleaned and polished.
Your watch has been professionally tested by a horologist and is keeping good time, with a strong battery / movement.
Your watch will come with paperwork from a leading horologist, unless otherwise specified. Its case-back seal and all other seals have been replaced where necessary. It has been tested to Tag Heuer specified depth and has passed. Please make sure that the crown is secured and that the pushers, if present, are not depressed under water. When your watch was re-sealed for water resistance the horologist opened up the case-back and confirmed its authenticity. They do not carry out re-seal pressure testing on counterfeit watches.
