Currently we are only offering free shipping in Continental U.S. 

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the product that:

 

  • are in their original packaging
  • have not been used, installed or disassembled
  • are not damaged due to improper installation
  • do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions  

We will issue a full refund for any returned product when your return meets the above requirements. We will cover the shipping cost only in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective product. All other situations require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the refund.

 

We only sell brand new high quality products which are strictly inspected and packed with strong boxes before shipping to our customers. If the product is found to be damaged or defective within 1 year from the purchasing date, we will make a replacement or refund.
