Vintage E.D. Bullard Hard Boiled Fire Helmet BATA Shoe Company 1940's - 1960's

This Helmet is an original from the Bata Shoe Company Fire House in BelCamp Bel Camp, Maryland.

I don't know the exact year it is from but the fire house closed down sometime in the early 60's

This has been in our possession since 1975 when my husband received it out of the Bata Firehouse before it was demolished the inside has never been replaced and it is exactly as it was when he received it. Very Rare may be the only one left from that firehouse as the contents were destroyed with the firehouse. My husbands father worked there and he grew up in the housing that Bata supplied for their employees. Which is how he came to get it.
