We will accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Any items returned after this date will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit.

no unusual odor

unidentified substance

markings or hair on the shoes or shoe box and they must not be worn (or show any signs of wear).

Any item returned to us not in new condition will be refused and sent back to the buyer.

Please note: if the package is returned to us and opened it will be kept here until shipping arrangements have been made to have the package returned to the customer. If you not provide payment to have the item returned to you in 30 days we reserve the right to donate your item to charity.
