RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with your item returns and or exchanges will be gladly accepted with in 30 days of item being delivered. Please e-mail us via eBay messaging system to initiate return/exchange. Buyer will be completely responsible for any and all return shipping cost as well as shipping cost for an exchange. The item must be returned to us in exactly the same condition it was in when we delivered it to you, including all original tags and or box. When we receive the item back, we will refund your payment amount, less any sales tax, shipping, and delivery charges. If any item is returned to us in a condition different from the condition it was in when we delivered it, or if we believe in good faith that the item returned is not the same as the item we shipped to you, we will escalate return with eBay.
