Vintage Over / Under Store Scale.
It reads: "The Exact Weight Scale Co., Columbus, Ohio Made in USA US Patent November 8th 1921, 2-009-019, D-88-287, 2-074-983 Style 273".

This scale is in good condition. Platforms and arrow move freely.
It appears that there was a welded repair at the base of the vertical display.
The weld is clearly illustrated in the photos.
It does not seem to effect the functionality of the scale.
