ANOTHER QUALITY TRAIN FROM NY ELECTRIC TRAINS!

This item has been used on a layout and needs some TLC.  Must be cleaned and there is some glue staining on the plastic from the layout use.  It was tested and all seems to work.  Will be packed in the original box and Styrofoam insert.
