Q: Can you tell me more about a particular item?
A: All of the information that we have about a particular item is listed on the Ebay page.  Carefully reading the item’s description details should answer any questions that you may have.  

Q: Can you combine multiple orders into 1 shipment?
A: We will always do our best to combine orders when possible, but due to having warehouses in multiple locations we cannot guarantee that it will logistically happen each time. 

Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept payments through Paypal.  We do this because Paypal offers unmatched security as well as flexible payment options for the customer.  Payment options such as: credit card, debit card, or transfer from your bank account.  Best of all, there is no cost to the buyer to utilize Paypal.  

Q: Can I update my shipping address after I place an order?
A: Unfortunately once an order is placed, we must ship to that address.  So please confirm you have selected the correct address before placing your order.

Returns

						Our main goal is to deliver quality products to our customers.  However, in the event that a customer is shipped a faulty item or an incorrect title, we will gladly either replace the item or issue a full refund including the cost of S/H to return the item to us.  

If the return was not due to an error made by us, then the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping back to us.  In addition, there is a 15% restocking charge.

All items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were received.  I.E. New items must be still sealed (if they originally were).

To return an item, please contact us for a return label with our return address and an RMA#.  Please send all items back using regular USPS mail with tracking.
