Please note the only payment we accept is through PayPal.
Shipping
Items will always be sent by the end of the next working day after payment has cleared, usually same day if ordered before 2pm. Items ordered after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the Monday morning. All UK items sent 1st Class Royal Mail and international items are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
UK - 1 to 2 working days
Europe - 3 to 5 working days
Rest of World - 5 to 7 working days
Delayed delivery
Indicated shipping times and eBay estimated delivery dates are for guidance only; items may be delayed in transit, especially when deliveries are due around Bank Holidays or during the Christmas period. For UK packages, we can only consider a parcel as lost after 10 working days have passed from the shipping date, and international items will not be considered until 28 days after shipping date.
Returns
Unwanted and faulty items
We will accept unwanted or faulty product as long as it is received in 100% unused condition, in the original packaging. When returning an item to us, please include a note inside the package with your eBay user ID, and reason for return. Please note that original shipping costs, if any are paid by you, the buyer, are not refundable under any circumstances.
Items damaged in transit.
Items are always packaged safely, however some may be damaged for reasons beyond our control. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to send a clear photo of the item before sending a replacement item out.
Items lost in transit.
Please note that when an item get lost or undelivered due to incorrect / incomplete address details being provided by the buyer during the checkout process, we will need to wait until the case is returned to us by the carrier, and then we will offer a refund for the price of the case (original shipping costs if paid are not refundable) or we can re-send the item at buyer's expense.
