Items are shipped within one (1) business day of payment (unless they are being personalized) and all items are shipped with whatever service you purchase at checkout. Domestic shipments are sent through the US Postal Service. We do not ship international at this time. If you would like something shipped international, we will use whatever service you would like but cannot take responsibility for lost items. The cost of First Class International is $14.95 (, DHL Worldwide is $29.95 for Canada and $39.95 anywhere else in the world.
All items within the store are sold "as is" and cannot be substituted. If you need a substitution it will take approximately 4 business days to ship out your custom item but please send us a message before you purchase to make sure that we can create the item you're imagining and to get an accurate cost. If you'd like to personalize any of the items in our get it fast store, the cost is $4 so please request an invoice before you make your payment. All requests must be received within 30 minutes of your purchase or there is a chance that the item would have shipped out and we cannot retrieve it to personalize it.
