You are bidding on a Very Rare Misty's Tear Naked Misty Error Card PSA 9 Mint

This card was only available in 1998 from the Gym Hero set and has been out of print for 19 years. This card was never released in English.  It was banned because the illustration depicted a nude illustration of Misty.  The card received the high grade, PSA 9 Mint.
