Shipping
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5! Any items under 1 pound will ship for free, unless otherwise noted in the description. All combined shipments are free, so you will only ever pay $5 for an order to be delivered at your door! We ship USPS, FedEx and UPS. Most smaller items will go USPS Priority, and larger items either FedEx or UPS Ground.

Terms
We would appreciate it if you knew that all of our items are tested for basic functionality. This means that we may miss something, and we are only human. Most of our items are in store returns, or shelf pulls. This means that our products may be missing paperwork, or the box may be damaged. All essential items will be included unless otherwise stated in the description! We do not do off-eBay sales. We are fully aware that eBay chargers seller fees, and we are not trying to avoid them.

We accept payments through PayPal, and this means Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover! No checks or cash, only online payments. Thank you!

Returns
We offer a No-Hassle 14 Day money back return policy. We do not offer partial refunds, so please do not ask. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply send the item back for a full refund. No questions asked. We cover the shipping charges to you, so we ask that you cover the return costs. We do not charge a restocking fee, though! Thank you!

Our Hours We are in operation Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the week. Saturday and Sunday, we do not work, because we believe in a balance between work and family, and we know you feel the same way, so please respect that and do not get angry/frustrated when we do not respond or ship your package over the weekend.
