A Brand New GBA-SP wall outlet charger will be included with purchase. The system has been thoroughly tested and works without issue. The case, LCD, screen protector, buttons and screws are all brand new! Only the motherboard and button membranes are not new. Region Free model! **Note**: There is a tiny bump on the front face of the case, see pictures for details. It does not get in the way of using the Start or Select buttons. It is small, almost flat and smooth. I have lowered the price of this item because of this cosmetic flaw.
