Rudolstadt was a faience factory in the Thuringia region of Germany from 1720 to about 1791.  Volkstedt was a soft-paste porcelain factory started in 1760 by Georg Heinrich Macheleid at Volkstedt, Thuringia. Volkstedt-Rudolstadt was a porcelain factory started at Volkstedt-Rudolstadt by Beyer and Bock in 1890. Most pieces seen in shops today are from the later factory. The marks on these are "Rudolstadt" with "B" inside a shield which dates them circa 1914. This set is oddly numbered to include:  3 teacups, 6 saucers, 5 cake plates, 1 tea pot, 1 sugar bowl, and 1 creamer.  They are all in excellent condition, however the creamer has a chip on it's spout and a fracture line on the side of it's body.
The tea pot measures approx. 5 3/4" w/lid and 4 5/8" w/o lid.  When measuring it's width from handle edge to spout tip, it is approx. 5 3/4".  The sugar bowl sits approx. 2 3/4" w/lid, 1 1/2" w/o.  It is approx. 4" from handle edge to handle edge.  The creamer is approx. 3" high and measures approx. 3 1/4" from spout tip to handle edge.  The 3 teacups sit approx. 2" high with a diameter of 1 7/8" at their mouth.  Their saucers measure approx.4 1/2" in diameter, and the cake plaqtes measure approx. 5 1/4" in diameter.
