The text in this ad is leading in information / all eBay menu's (like used / parts repair / new / etc), dropbars and standard information are overruled.
We send out packages once a week, so, if you buy someting on saturday, sunday or monday it will be send on (the next) friday, which is (from now on) our transport day.
We need (max) 5 working day's to prepare the package and the postal service needs some day's for delivery as well.
If you have complains about the delivery time then you should not buy in our shop.
If a package is delayed then you always can ask if we step in and check the status of a package.
If the package returns up here and neither the customer, neither us, can help it, we will send it out again without extra costs.
If there is an address error then the customer has to pay for the extra transport costs.
We allways copy - paste addresses and so we duplicate what a customer has wrote as address.
People who instantly open a dispute when a package is delayed (we don't deliver ourselves, we are also bound to the swiftness of the postal services) will be blacklisted.
We are a small company/shop with a limited number of colleagues and try to work as fast as we can.

Sorry for all of you guy's who are nice people, but appearantly things have to be said straight because some people doesn't read text in ads anymore, just click on things and in the end start with all sorts of excuses, complains and outragious demands, start threatning us or simply doesn't pay for their purchase and maintain radio silence on mails. We have had it with those people.
The office is closed during the weekends because we have shows and recordings to run as well.
